2. Estimates, not quotes
All pricing shown on JetQuote is indicative and for planning purposes only. Estimates are based on route distance, aircraft category, and general charter market assumptions. They do not constitute a binding offer, confirmed availability, or a formal charter quote. Final pricing is always subject to operator confirmation, aircraft availability, scheduling, and applicable fees.
3. No charter brokerage
JetQuote is not a charter broker or operator. We do not sell, arrange, or confirm charter flights. Any request submitted through the site is forwarded as an enquiry only. Halvtio OÜ accepts no liability for flights, pricing, or arrangements made through third parties.
4. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep pricing assumptions and aircraft data reasonably current, but we make no guarantees of accuracy. Charter markets fluctuate significantly based on demand, seasonality, and availability. Always request a confirmed quote from a licensed broker or operator before making travel decisions.
5. Data and privacy
